I suppose it isn't somewhat shady that the Treasury Secretary, the guy who pushed this through, has a huge financial stake in the UAE company either;

Patrick is originally from New Hampshire, and has studied photography & literature at Emerson College in Boston, and writing at California College of the Arts in San Francisco.
