On matters of co-equal branches of government;
There's a reason that Congress appears in the Constitution before either the executive or judicial branches, and that's because the founding fathers designed it to be the most important branch of government. President Bush said today he doesn't feel required to adhere to the laws that Congress passes and he signs. Neo-Cons, apparently, believe the founding fathers were living in a pre-9/11 mentality.
